Shadow Boxing Workout at Home: A Simple 3-Round Plan

Clear enough space to move safely, warm up, and keep the first round controlled. Shadow boxing is practice, not a test of how hard you can punch.

Workout inspiration: Nate Bower Fitness’s beginner workout and Healthline’s shadowboxing guide.

Round 1: Fundamentals

Repeat the 1-2 at a relaxed pace. Focus on your stance, straight punches, and returning both hands to guard.
