How it works
Position the camera so AR Boxing can see your upper body and movement.
Select rhythm training, a custom combination, or the hands-free boxing timer.
Punch the targets, move through defensive cues, and complete each session in real time.
Core features
AR Boxing combines rhythm-based shadow boxing, camera movement recognition, custom combinations, and hands-free timer controls in one iPhone boxing training app.
Punch targets in rhythm
React to incoming targets and practice jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, body shots, slips, and rolls in interactive boxing workouts.
Create your own boxing combinations
Build custom training sequences with punches, defensive movements, rests, repetitions, and different tempos, then practice combinations that match your goals and experience level.
Build it. Save it. Train it.
A hands-free boxing timer
Set your phone down and train on your heavy bag. Use supported punch gestures to pause, resume, restart, or move through timer states instead of trying to tap small buttons with gloves on.

Skip the lesson and start moving.
