Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AR Boxing iPhone app and the arboxing.app website.

By using AR Boxing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What AR Boxing Is

AR Boxing is a boxing-inspired fitness app for iPhone. It uses camera-guided, on-device movement tracking to show punch targets, defense prompts, timers, custom combos, workout history, and user-created gameplay recordings.

AR Boxing is for fitness and entertainment. It is not professional boxing instruction, medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified trainer, coach, or healthcare professional.

Safety

You are responsible for using AR Boxing safely.

Before using AR Boxing:

  • Make sure you have enough clear space around you.
  • Remove obstacles, fragile objects, and trip hazards.
  • Use appropriate footwear and flooring.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
  • Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concern.

AR Boxing cannot guarantee correct form, safe technique, or injury prevention.

iPhone and Camera Requirements

AR Boxing requires an iPhone with supported camera and tracking capabilities. Some features may not work on every device, operating system version, or environment.

Lighting, camera placement, clothing, distance from the camera, and movement speed may affect tracking accuracy.

Accounts and Purchases

AR Boxing does not currently require a separate AR Boxing account.

Paid access is handled through Apple App Store subscriptions using StoreKit. Apple processes payments and manages subscription billing.

Subscription terms shown in the app and App Store apply at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise described by Apple.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

App Store Terms and EULA

Your download and use of AR Boxing may also be governed by Apple's App Store terms and policies. If AR Boxing uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement, that agreement applies in addition to these Terms where applicable.

Apple is not responsible for AR Boxing's content, support, or claims except as required by Apple's terms and applicable law.

User Content and Recordings

AR Boxing may let you create screen recordings of workouts. You are responsible for recordings you create, save, share, or post.

Do not use AR Boxing to create, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, abusive, or violates someone else's rights.

If you share gameplay clips publicly, make sure you have permission from anyone visible or otherwise included in the recording.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AR Boxing in an unsafe location or in a way likely to cause injury or property damage.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
  • Interfere with the app, website, analytics, payment systems, or related services.
  • Use the app or website for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Misrepresent AR Boxing as professional medical, coaching, or certified boxing instruction.

Privacy

Your use of AR Boxing is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains camera use, on-device tracking, analytics, recordings, subscriptions, and other data handling.

Intellectual Property

AR Boxing, the app design, branding, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials are owned by AR Boxing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of AR Boxing or its content.
